Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your subscription to the Mywishbucket service and form the agreement between you and REGIOSUS S.L. Please read them carefully before you sign up.
1. Parties and the service
This agreement is concluded between REGIOSUS S.L., C/ Llorenç Vicens 3, 4º, 07002 Palma, Spain, company registration number B13828900, hereafter "we", "us" or "REGIOSUS S.L.", and you, the person who subscribes to the service, hereafter "you" or "the member".
Mywishbucket is a paid subscription service that gives members access to six content portals covering fitness, video, games, AR/VR and fashion, together with everything inside them. The service is available to credit card holders in the United States. By starting your trial or subscription you accept these terms and conditions.
2. Free trial
New members begin with a 1-day free trial. The trial gives you full access to the service at no charge for one (1) day, starting at the moment your subscription is confirmed.
Unless you cancel before the trial period ends, your membership automatically continues as a paid monthly subscription and the first monthly charge is applied at the end of the trial. The trial is available once per member. We may withdraw or change the trial offer for new sign-ups at any time, but this does not affect a trial already in progress.
3. Price and what is included
After the free trial, membership costs USD $49.95 per month. This single price includes access to all six portals and everything inside them. There are no locked sections and no separate per-item purchases. The price is displayed clearly before you confirm your subscription.
All prices are stated in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. We may change the subscription price for future billing periods; where we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal so that you can cancel first if you do not accept it.
4. Billing
Your subscription is billed to the credit card you provided when you signed up. Unless you cancel during the free trial, the first payment of $49.95 is charged when the trial ends, and the same amount is then charged automatically each month on the corresponding day of the billing cycle.
Your membership renews automatically for successive one-month periods until you cancel. You authorise us to charge your credit card for each renewal until your subscription is cancelled in accordance with section 5. If a payment cannot be collected, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until the outstanding amount is paid.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time, including during the free trial. To cancel, email us at contact.mwb@regiosus.com or call +1 (888) 893-7158 and our support team will process your request. Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account quickly.
If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing has begun, your cancellation stops any further monthly charges; your access continues until the end of the monthly period you have already paid for, after which the subscription ends.
6. Refunds
The free trial exists so that you can try the service before you pay. Because you receive immediate and full access to digital content, monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable and cancellation stops future charges rather than refunding the current period. Where a payment is charged in clear error, or where a refund is required by applicable law, we will refund the amount concerned. To request a refund, contact our support team using the details in section 8.
7. Your account and use of the service
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for the accuracy of the payment and contact information you provide. The service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to disturb the functioning of the service, circumvent its security, or use it unlawfully towards us or third parties. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached.

9. Availability and our responsibility
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and its content current and working correctly. Because this is a digital content service delivered over the internet, we cannot guarantee that it will be accessible without interruption or free of error, or that it will display correctly on every device or browser. Maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances at networks or suppliers may temporarily limit availability, and we may update, add or remove content from time to time.
We are responsible for providing the service to you as described in these terms. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including force majeure, nor for losses that result from your own failure to meet your obligations under this agreement, such as providing incorrect payment or contact details or sharing your account. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or in any other case where liability cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Requests concerning access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data can be sent to contact@regiosus.com.
11. Amendment of these terms
We may amend these terms and conditions. The amended version applies from the moment it is published on this website. Where an amendment materially affects your ongoing subscription, we will give reasonable notice, and you may cancel before the amendment takes effect if you do not accept it.
12. Applicable law and final provisions
Spanish law applies to these terms and to the subscription agreement to which they relate. The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention 1980 is expressly excluded. A member acting as a consumer retains the protection of the mandatory law of the country in which that member resides and may bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
If a provision of these terms is void or invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force, and a valid provision approximating the intended effect as closely as possible applies in its place.
